Sporting have a handful of injuries to contend with, having to face Atalanta without Pedro Goncalves, Trincao, Goncalo Inacio and Antonio Adan.

The Verde e Brancos have been in strong form in the Primeira Liga in recent weeks, picking up four wins in their last five matches, including an 8-0 thrashing of Casa Pia.
